Unqualified staff

I came in to fit 2 new tyres at Supa Quick Chatsworth on my VW Polo. An hour after starting the fitment, the guy says sorry I can't do it. I watched him for an entire hour and from the word go it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. I then opted to cancel the replacement and asked for my old tyre to be fitted back onto the rim. The manager and the said tyre guy went off to another branch to do that.
