Unprofessional lady named Manana

On July 14th 2020, I received a call from Supa Quick Braamfontein, I spoke to the lady by the name of Manana. She asked me if I made payment for the work done on my car in July 2019, that was a year later. I said to her yes I did pay, she then asked "are you sure you paid?", I felt very much insulted by the "are you sure you paid?" question.

It was rude of her to ask me that. I felt like a ******** that does not pay for services rendered, your lady Manana needs to learn communication s****s. She explained that they were being audited and apparently my payment does reflect. I honestly don't care about the running of business at Supa Quick as in who is supposed to allocate the money or not, at the end of the day I paid. If Manana had communication s****s it would have gone smoothly. Because I was offended, I told them (Manana, John and Thandi , some of whom I spoke to) never to call me again.

My fear is to be called in 3 or 4 years time by Supa Quick saying that they are blacklisting me because I did not pay in 2019, thefore I went to Supa Quick Braamfontein on 7 August 2020(which is today) to find out if the matter had been resolved and my payment allocated. I spoke Thandi, she said that it had not been allocated yet. Later on Manana joined us, I explained why I was there. During the conversation said to Manana she should learn communication s****s, all of a sudden she walked away apparently offended by what I said. I then continued with Thandi, I emailed her proof of payment in the form of bank statement because I want my name to be cleared.

I asked Thandi to call Manana from the back because I wanted to explain to her that my frustrations are not directed at her as an individual but rather at the company, Thandi went to call her, I waited for about 10mins for her to come but never came. At some point she came out but was on the phone, finished her calll and went back to the back without seeing me. I asked Thandi to call her again, Thandi told me that she is refusing to come see me, then I left . I was actually planning to make things right with her, and I honestly found her not wanting to talk to me poor service and lack of professionalism. I would understand her refusing to come see me if I was abusive but I was not, you can ask Thandi ot anyone that overheard our conversation.

Are these the type of people (unprofessional and emotional)Supa Quick as big company is hiring? I am cutting all my ties with Supa Quick and I would advise everyone not go to Supa Quick especially Braamfontein, they give bad attitude and they make you feel like a ********.
