UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE

Two weeks ago I booked my car with Supa Quick Klerksdorp on the N12 route for shocks to be installed. I had to pay a R1000 deposit beforehand after which they ordered the shocks. when I came in with the vehicle (200km drive) and they removed the old shocks, they informed me that the shocks they had ordered were the wrong shocks. They then told me they can go collect the correct shocks in Orkney but on arrival it came to their attention that those were also not the correct shocks. I then asked them just to put the old shocks back and to just set the car's wheel alignment so that the car can be in the same prior condition. At first they refused to do the alignment and only did it after my husband telephoically insisted to speak to the manager. The employee with whom I communicated (can't remeber his name) had a bad attitude towards me. I am very unhappy with this whole ordeal seeing as I drove far to make use of their service and they could not deliver. I had spent 4 hours and there, with no results.
