UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I am one unhappy and disappointed customer. In August 2018, my husband and I went to Supa Quick Potchefstroom and bought a set of Continental Tyres "16 inch". Now in October the tyres are totally smooth. We went to Supa Quick and show the tyres to them, and they did a alignment test, and said that the car's alignment is not in order, they will fix it, but as far as the tyres is concerned we need to speak to Cargo Motors in Klerksdorp. My husband went to Cargo, but they said that it is not the truth, the car had been serviced in March/April. So Supa is lying and is simply refusing to replace the tyres or compensate us. I will never do business again with Supa Quick and will not refer any friend or relative of mine to such a company!!:-(
