Unhappy Client: Supa Quick in Humansdorp

On Thursday, 03 December 2020 I visited Supa quick in Humansdorp to have a puncture fixed on my back rear Tyre. I then requested to have wheel balancing done as well. On completion the attendant who worked on my car told me he had put my worn front tyres at the back and brought the fairly still good tyres to the front. I accepted as I didn't know much about why he would do that. I left and just being a half an hour on the road, the same Tyre that was punctured had deflated again and now caused an outer damage to my fairly good Tyre which is now unrepairable. On calling the company, they sent someone out to come assist to change and fit my spare Tyre. He was warned not to say anything, which I respected. The company was not willing to compensate me for my Tyre. I am totally disappointed in their service. I am now faced with added expenses. I took several pictures of my Tyre and the damage it caused. My life was in danger as well as the passengers in my car. I thank God that I drove very cautious as I did not trust the immediate shudder I felt when I got onto the N2 enroute home to Tsitsikamma. I personally feel that Supa quick could have done more in this regard. God Bless your business during this trying period we are all faced with. Regards
