Unhappy

I've app**** via WhatsApp platform for renewal of my licenses, almost a month back and still waiting. I'm currently exposing myself with the following risks: Driving without license, jeopardizing my vehicle insurance, (no payout in event of an accident). Also, the fact the traffic official could issue me a fine.

Very poor service, PLEASE STAY AWAY.
