Threats to me as a customer

In addition to my previous report complaint Barbara Malan at Supa Quick Cresta threatened to lock me in the service store or have me removed as I demanded that the agreed terms were to fix my car brakes today and I would not leave as she insisted until that is done. This is terrible service. The store should take responsibility to serve me as they sold me brakes which only lasted 4 months. As they agreed to replace them at no cost, Supa Quick Cresta should acknowledge that they are putting my life at risk by refusing to replace my faulty brakes as agreed.
