Think twice before using Supa Quick Craighall

Supaquick Craighall in all probability endangered my family's life with their carelessness. In my view they failed to tighten the bolts on the caliper of my Toyota bakkie when replacing the brake pads and when on the road to Madikwe on 24 December the caliper fell off and the brakes failed. No-one had touched the brakes since they did their work. Fortunately we had just turned onto a dirt road and were going slowly. To add insult to injury when approached they would not take responsibility. They would not accept that it was their carelessness that led to the breakdown. When asked to refund the cost of the work they didn't do properly I was told they would refund only on condition that I returned the brake pads. Unbelievable! Avoid them if you want your family to be safe!
