THEFT OF USED TYRES AND SELLING FAULTY TYRES TO CLIENTS

I was assisted by Ikraam at Supa quick lenasia, i requested him to give back my old tyres as i was buying new ones. He gave me 3 tyres that belong to me and 1 tyre which was not mine. After a couple of days the new tyre had a slow puncture. I went back to address the issue of the slow puncture and the incorrect used tyre. Ikraam was very rude, he wants to replace my tyre with a different tyre compared to the one I had. He stole my tyre now his not willing to replace it and he wants me to accept anything he offers.
