The WORST service ever in supa quick mabopane

I had the worst service ever in supaquick mabopane. Took my car there on the 11th of June 2024, to get my tyre fixed. The car wasn't fixed, and the mechanic advised me that he told the manager that they couldn't fix it. But the manager made me pay for it and told me that it was fixed. I tried to escalate this to the regional manager who told me to buy a new tyre for R2750. When I already paid for a service that wasn't done. The manager took pictures of my car, when I asked him why he's taking pictures of my car when I'm there for a tyre he laughed and left. I then followed him and asked him while taking a video of him as to why he's taking pictures of my car, he threatened and shouted at me and I have it on video. I was not assisted there. The customer service and management is horrible.
