Terrible Service from Supa Quick Greenacres!!! Please never go there if you value your Vihicle.

Please South African consumers if you value your cars, stay away from this Supa Quick. After spending close to R5k on my Jeep tires, the guys damaged my tire sensors which I discovers 2 days after of changing my tires with them and this happens while driving back to CT with my 2 year old. What an unsafe and uncomfortable journey! My left front tire read 0.1 pressure and that is not the info you want as a lady driving with a toddler. Immediately when I then called Billy from this branch and he was supper helpful and asked me to address the matter to his manager Shane, which I did and attached the quote from Jeep for how much it will cost for the sensor to be fixed. Shane did not respond and a week passed and only after a follow up from me 2 weeks later she responded pretending to not understanding what I was addressing and I had to type the same info from the original email and tone it down for Shane to understand. After all this there was silence from Shane until I sent another email telling her of the legal action I am taking against their branch should they not respond in 24 hrs. Shane then responded saying they will respond first thing on Monday which they did not. I then called a week later. Ring 6th of Feb wanting to talk with the owner then Billy told me Shane was getting my issue resolved and they will call me later that day. That again did not happen until this week Tuesday where Shane asked me for a diagnostic report which I said I do not have or she can ask Jeep for a copy. Shane said I would have to go to the nearest supa quick and get it from them and that she was going to call my nearest Supa Quick and make a booking and she was to call me back the same day. It is now 3 days later, no sign from Supa Quick Greenacres and their Shane. I have never experienced so much excuses and incompetence in any of the Supa Quick branches in CT where I live or Maybe this is how customers are taken for a ride in Super Quick Greenacres. Never again you chose the wrong person this time !!!
