Terrible service

I had fitted 2 new tyres in November paying R3700.00 that's including R200 for wheel alignment I had left was feeling sick the guy said I could come in anytime which I could never make it as I work in Durban an travel daily come back late so I got it done in Durban.I called to ask for my refund it's been 2weeks now everyday I'm told u will be refunded today check your account till today nothing what terrible service they say will get back to me I have to keep calling and asking I'm not really worried about the refund my point is I spent alot of money for that kind of service this was at Super Quick Scottburgh.
