superquick does not honour its promise

16 March 2018 Joe Hamman from Superquick sent a driver to collect my car to take it and replace the flat battery. Joe told me that was a service provided. 21 May 2019 I had a flat battery I was stuck at the children's nursery school. Called superquick who didn't have a driver to assist. No option. Called AA.new battery R1200 plus I paid for the s**** R290 to take to superquick for testing. Test showed dud battery. Was offered a replacement. I had bought a new battery and there was no point in taking a battery which I was told has a 3 month shelf life. Joe called when I was on my way home. Said he would make a plan. Never heard from him. Went to small claims court who said I have to give superquick 30 days in which to refund me. Before I do that I am asking help peter to assist. If I am not successful I will then deliver a letter to superquick and proceed with small claims court. .
