Super Slow Super Shoddy Workmanship Superduper Duper Shameless Service

I had new front tyres fitted at Supa Quick Waterfront drive Knysna. They told me my front right CV joint needs replacing and the left front CV boot needs replacing. I trusted them and had it done. It took over 5 hours and after all was done they started my car and engaged reverse to take it off the lift. The car made a terrible noise and would not move. They started over and told me the wrong part was fitted.

Soon afterwards the car started making a terrible noise when I turn. My son visited me (works abroad) and I asked him to take it for a drive. He told me he suspects the CV inner was damaged when they fitted the wrong part. He also told me it is exremely bad to replace a boot only, as if it is damaged chances are dirt has already entered the CV and damaged it.

I returned to Supa Quick and when I told the receptionist what my son had said she told me quote : "dan kan jou seun dit maar self regmaak." unquote. Translatetion : "Then your son can just fix it himself".

After multiple emails to their HQ I have had only one email in return thanking me for bringing it to their attention.
