Super Slow

Took vehicle in for a puncture at Super Quick Kyalami.<br> Waited for 15 minutes without any attention. I saw two customers that came after me but were attended to. I decided to ask one of the workers to inflate my punctured tyre so that I could drive to another tyre dealer. Fortunately he told me that he could help me. It took him under 10 minutes to locate the puncture and plug it.<br> I went to pay my R50, but that took me another 15 minutes.<br> My complaint is not to the workers, but management.<br> It is possibly the reason why another customer in a previous experience at this branch, mentioned to me that they should call it Super Slow. By the way, it took me three hours to have two tyres replaced on that occasion. But I thought that I should give them another chance. But I have learnt my lesson.
