Super quick Phalaborwa is very *********** and has the worst customer service.

The worst service ever received from Superquick Phalaborwa from Christopher and his receptionist/admin guy. I got a puncture and needed a new tyre claimed and fitted through Innovation group for my VW POLO. I went to super quick on Monday 22 August 2022 and I was told that Christopher (who I believe is the franchise owner and manager simultaneously) was out for car tracker device installation and would return around 15:00. I went back to work at returned at 16:00 when I knocked off and I was told that Christopher is still not back and would return at 17:00. I returned to the store on Wednesday the 24th August 2022 and the admin guy told me to come back at 17:00 again. At 17:00 Christopher was out busy with car tracker installations. On Thursday I called and asked the admin guy to assist me with Christopher's number and he said to me "ok let me look for his number because I don't have it", then he put down the phone while I held on for about 15 minutes till I decided to hang up and dial again. I asked him why he put down the phone and never got back to me and all he said was " oh the number is ......". I called the number that he gave me and went straight to Mailbox (I'm not even sure whether the number indeed belongs to Christopher). I contacted Innovation on my own hoping to process the claim by myself but unfortunately they told me that I couldn't log a claim by myself. I drove to Supa Quick during my lunch to write down all relevant information that's needed to process a claim with hopes that Christopher will process the claim upon his return. The admin guy also promised to tell him to give me a call as soon as he returns. I didn't receive any call from Christopher and when I knocked off I decided to pass by and check if he would be in by any chance. At this point my husband was telling me to rather try HI-Q Phalaborwa for assistance but I still stuck to Supa Quick regardless of the poor service they provided. Fortunately Christopher was at the store, I explained that I had been frequenting the store with no luck as I've been told that only one person assists with claims (in this case it's Christopher) and he was out to install car tracker devices at all times. He then asked if he could take pictures of my car to submit with the claim and I agreed. He then took the pictures and said "if he gets time he will process the claim that very same day. I decided to search "Supa Quick Phalaborwa" on Google so I could go through their reviews because I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and incompetency as all my life my family and I had been loyal Supa Quick Phalaborwa customers and had never experience such bad service before. I saw all the negative reviews and responses from Supa Quick and I took down a number where a previous regional manager had responded to a client and decided to call the number. The lady I spoke to is Megan. I explained my experience and she kindly told me that she apologised for this and she is no longer the regional manager for Supa Quick but asked me to give her a chance to assist me. I agreed and within 5minutes of speaking to Megan, Christopher responded to me with a WhatsApp of my submitted claim to innovation group. I immediately sent Megan an sms thanking her for her assistance. Meghan also called me an hour later to asked if my claim process had been resolved and I confirmed that indeed it has. My claim was processed on the 14 September 2022 and in the morning of 15th September 2022 Christopher sent me another WhatsApp telling me that my claim had been approved by the innovation group and that my tyre had been ordered and it is on the way. On the morning of the 16 September 2022, for the very first time Christopher gave me a call confirming that my tyre had arrived and I may come to the store for fitment. I went to the store after knocking off and reported to the admin guy that Christopher called me and said my tyre has arrived and that I may come for fitment. I asked how far was I in the queue as I had a few errands to run in town. He said the was a car in the bay and as soon as it is done I would be next in line to be assisted. After waiting for 30-40mins I decided to ask the admin guy whether I am allowed to leave my keys and go run my errands so that my car can be serviced while I'm running my errands. He agreed and just as I stepped 20m out the store the car that was in bay was done and the owner reversed to leave the store. As I'm standing and watching another BMW from nowhere goes into that bay and I return back to the store to ask the admin guy why the car was being helped before me as I had arrived first and n told that my car was next. He started telling me to relax he will prepare another bay for me. I told him not to tell me to relax after I had been waiting for about 45mins to be assisted and after I've been making those runs to the store countlessly. I told him I was fed up with their service and that if they really didn't want to assist me they should've simply said so from the start. I told them that I would call Megan once again and explain my experience once more. Megan was so shocked and asked to sort it out with Christopher and get back to me. Whilst I was on the phone with Megan, the admin guy called Christopher and told him that I was complaining that someone who came after me was being assisted before me. Christopher instructed the admin guy that they shouldn't assist me and that the tyre assistants/gutters shouldn't assist me too. I went to the admin guy and told him that since my claim had been processed by Supa Quick Phalaborwa and approved through Innovation group and my tyre already been delivered, May I please have my tyre so that I may find a competent place to have the tyre fitted. One of the fitters went to my car and was suddenly willing to help. The BMW owner reversed his car and as the guy opened my boot to get the lock nuts, the admin guy stopped him and told him that Christopher has given an instruction that no one should assist me. I then asked for my tyre as HI-Q is literally 60m directly opposite Supa Quick. The admin guy said "he'll give me my tyre with pleasure". He gave me a receipt and said Christopher says I should sign the receipt before the tyre could be given to me. I signed the receipt and went to HI-Q. I was assisted in exactly 10minutes at high queue and immediately after paying Megan sent me an apology sms and asked me to return to Super Quick and that I would be assisted. I sent a picture of my receipt form HI-Q and told her that unfortunately it was too late but thanked her for her intervention. I had to pay R130 for HI-Q to fit my tyre and for wheel balancing from my own pocket after my claim with Innovation group had been approved and by Innovation group at Supa Quick Phalaborwa. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced from a service provider and I will surely never set a foot in any Supa Quick branch especially not Supa Quick Phalaborwa branch no matter how desperate I am and I will never recommend it to anyone. This message will also be posted on Hello Peter.

Please note that being a tech smart lady, I am aware that the admin guy omitted the time on my receipt and made it “1:32 PM” where the scene transpired at around 16:15PM 16/09/2022 so I have decided to take a screenshot of the properties of the videos Ive attached to show u the actual time and date which the video was taken and you may also refer to the HI-Q receipt to actually see that my tyre was done and I made payment at 16:45 on 16/09/2022.
