Supaquick Pinetown - Shocking Service from rude staff.

We went into Supa Quick in Pinetown Kwa Zulu Natal on Saturday 25th January and looked at the Alloy Wheels displayed in the window area. We then approached the Counter, and a man approached us asking if he could help. I tried to explain to him that I am looking for Alloys Rims for my Trailer, halfway through my conversation with him he cut me off and said they don't sell alloy Rims.

I asked him about the ones displayed in the window area and he told me that those were not for sale. When I asked him why they are being displayed if they are not for sale and with a sneer on his face, he repeated that they don't sell alloy rims. I thanked him and turned to leave and as I walked away, we could hear him say to his ****orker " Can you ****** well believe it, he wants Alloy Rims for his Trailer" and they both packed up laughing. As I stopped to turn my wife begged me to keep on walking. I posted a review on their website, and they came back with the standard response of how sorry they were, and I must phone the area manager who will do his best to make it up to us. I am not phoning anybody to listen to some **** and bull story and how this person lies about what happened. they can shove their rims and their shop where the sun does not shine.
