Supaquick Phoenix worst shop to work

Hi I have worked for that branch for 1 year I never being registered or even have a employee number for my security in life I left work there 11/03/2018.

I have incentives from headoffice that was for nov/dec 2017 that was proceeded in March only 2018 and the owner does not wana hand the oweing money to me. All I have to prove I worked it only a bank statement I tried calling him and he does not speck he keeps making excuses

He is a big *********** and no one should support that branch in Phoenix he treats workers worst than dogs my hard earn money can’t be paid to me and we’re do we get the help from

Legally the incentive had my name on it and should only be handed to me how can it go to the owner and he sign for what’s mine we has workers now must go Labour law and sit and build a case and stuff for what when we are not even asked by supaquick headoffice weather we are registered or our rates are fine now we don’t even get our money what own to us
