Supa Weak

I dont know if supa quick should still keep its name. Maybe from now on Supa Weak will do. I just got the worst motoring experience ever. I first contacted supa quick in potchefstroom 2 months ago sensitizing them about me buying four absorber shocks and four tyres from them. I still have a quote dated that long ago.

On Wednesday the 16th October i made arrangements for today the 17th. The appointment was for 8:30 in the morning. I dropped off my car well before 8 am. A very kind gentleman dropped me off at work. I informed the lady there that i would only request the shocks to be replaced and i would decide later on tyres. At 12:00 midday i call another appointment to postpone because i realized supa quick had a delay. After i cancelled, i called supa quick to check how far they were. I was told they would be done soon so i re arranged my other appointment for after 14:00. Around 14:25, i called againand i was told they would be done by 16:30 because it was a struggle to work with Audi. Which i understood and cancelled all my vehicle arrangements for the day. At 15:50 exactly i arroved at supa quick only to find my car stripped and nothing had been done.

I spoke to the older gentleman under my car and he told me straight the car had just been put it and only at that time, had someone jist went out to look for the shocks. I told the person assisting me im not happy and he even promised a discount as way of a pardon. 15 minutes later he comes to inform me that nobody has these shocks and actually someone put another car in front of mine instead. I mean what the hell should this be? We are not in that of business. Everyone is a ****en paying customer and atleast i would have known this earlier and made better arrangements somewhere else. What the hell? I dont even wanna know if this is about race because of it is then this matter has to go further. How do i prepare for 2 months to get a one day job done only to get such bull****? We try to run to what we assume as professionals only to be treated far worse than up and coming business. Never again shall i set foot in this freaking business and i will make sure everyone i know knows about this. Utter bull****
