Supa slow

I took my car to Supaquick Isando yesterday (26/11/18) to replace brake pads and do alignment. I was however informed at 16h00 that my one of the technicians broke my calibre and that I won’t be able to collect my car as this will have to be replaced. I had to hastily arrange my own transport and Supa Quick didn’t show any understanding.

I called again this morning (27/11/28) and was informed that my car would be ready by lunchtime… When I called and spoke to someone else I was informed that the parts was not even collected yet. Is this the Supa Quick way.

I really enjoyed the service I received from Supa Quick over the years but this must be the worst branch I have even been to and will consider going to one of your competitors if no discount is granted or action taken.
