Supa Quick Tyres Experts- not living to their brand…

On the 19-02-2022 I went to Supa Quick Tyres Cnr Church and Rhodes Ave in Bloemfontein to replace shocks and stabiliser link for my vehicle. The following day when traveling I discovered that the stabiliser link was hanging underneath. I had to pay R2000 to get assistance as I was traveling to Limpopo.

When I get to Limpopo I had to replace both stabiliser links and labour which cost me R1350. In total I paid R3350 for the shoddy work which nearly put my life in danger.

I went back to Supa quick with those stabiliser links, and I was told they will be send to the supplier for assessment purposes and report.

I feel that Supa quick are failing me as a customer by outsourcing their responsibilities as the service provider. I have paid R6000 for their services, the least they can do is to pay me back the extra cost incurred because of their shoddy work. They will then deal with their supplier.
