Supa Quick — [ Tyre Experts, Ranburg CBD ]
This weekend, I finally had a gap to pop into a tyre shop, get a valve replaced on one of the rims for my car.
I've been driving around for about three weeks with the flat tyre in my boot, after I stopped at a local filling station and asked the attendant to top up that tyre, as it seemed a little low on pressure.
He fiddled around for some time, so I hopped out of the car to see what was going on, only to find that he had now damaged the valve, and my wheel was completely flat.
No matter, out I took the spare, to fit that in place …
Anyway as life is the way it is … weekend after weekend passed by and I still hadn't had a moment to sort out the wheel.
After spending the morning out sorting out a list of weekend c****s, which the tyre didn't feature on, I just so happened that I was going past the Super Quick, at 199 Bram Fischer Dr Drive, in the Randburg CBD. [ on the section where all those car dealers are situated, just before it switches to Bryanston. ]
As I say I hadn't planned the stop, but OI noted the doors were still open, even though it was after 1pm [ there regular closing time for a Saturday ].
I hopped out of the car and asked if they were still able to assist me. The employee at the customer service/sales desk said … " Of course ", " We're always ready to help new customers "
I was directed to drive my vehicle into the work bay, up onto the car lift.
Once I climbed out I then handed the workman the locknut to be able to release the wheel that was currently on the vehicle, and he then said … " If you go and take a seat in the waiting area, you'll find a coffee station there. Go make yourself a cuppa and we'll get your baby sorted in a flash ".
Well no sooner I went and did exactly that, made myself a lovely FREE cup of coffee, that same employee then said I can go when I'm ready, as the new valve was already fitted, as well as the wheels being swapped back, so the spare was back under my boot where it belongs.
The whole experience was SUPER. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome & special … and bearing in mind it was already past " going home time " for them, I think they deserve the recognition for all that they did, not only in fixing the issue with the tyre, but to make me feel like I'm an important customer to their business.
And this was my 1st ever visit to this branch.
So 10/10 guys, in fact I'd say 15/10 if that was possible
Store manager: Bruce Matthew Eloff — Well Done to the whole team there !!
