Supa Quick Springs

We purchased a battery on the 23rd of December 2016. The battery started being faulty it would not hold its charge we sent the vehicle to an auto electrical company they told us the battery was faulty. We unfortunately misplaced our invoice but had proof of payment and went back the Supa Quick Springs. The person that attended to us would not entertain us in any way even though the battery has a 2 year warranty. He was very rude arrogant and obnoxious. At a cost of R880 for the battery R750 for the auto electrician and a new battery R995. I urge anyone that reads this not to purchase a battery or for that matter anything from them because you will not get any backup once you have paid for your service.
