SUPA QUICK - SO CALLED GURU'S

I would like to expose the so called Guru's. SUPA QUICK I went with my son with his car to Supa Quick as something was really weird on the front left tyre. We went there for the car to be diagnosed and the person who assisted us said it was the tyre and the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Because we don't know much about parts on the car. we then got permission from my husband to replace both. When done they parked the car outside for us to pay and collect the car. When my son drove the car it was exactly the same as it was. We went back to them the next day with the car and they said they will inspect the car again and inform us later. They then called me to say the inner cv joint is faulty on the same side and needed to be replaced and the ball joints for a further quote of R2900.00. I asked her what about the wrong diagnosing of the are as we already paid R1826 for the tyre and the wheel bearing. Maritza just said it is part of the components, which is utter nonsense as little as I know about cars I know that a wheel bearing and cv joints are two different components. I just feel that the tyre was okay to be replaced for the R500.00, but the wheel bearing was incorrectly diagnosed and therefore we pay the price of R1326.00. (In the process we were **********.) I would however like them to pay me back the money for the wheel bearing as I had no money really to pay for an extra unnecessary expense. I now went to another mechanic only to find out it was the outer cv joint, and not the inner like they diagnose the 2nd time the boot and the ball joints which came to R1354.00 without labour. We could have just expended this amount in the first place if they had their facts right. To date we spend R4000.00. I would really like to know if you could HELP us getting our money back for diagnosing our car wrong in the first place PLEASE????? Thanking you in anticipation!!!!!
