Supa Quick refuses to change tyre even after insurance has approved

I have tyre & rim insurance and they only open during Monday and Friday. My claim was approved by my insurer on Friday but Meyooran from Supa Quick - Kyalami refuses to replace my tyre and repair the rim until the insurance pays him first. I’ve used my insurance through other Supa Quick before and never have they refused to change my tyre once the insurance. The tyre has a bubble on the side which is posing a risk for me to still drive the car. He says he can’t do anything about that until he gets his money first. I wish to know if this is company policy and if so when did it start since no one Supa Quick has ever refused for me to change my tyre once the insurance has approved the claim.
