Supa quick Randburg unreliable

I went to Supa Quick to change my brakes. They said the nut on the wheel was stuck and they said the ***** was now stripped, so the pin had to be changed. Next they said the bearing has to be changed that is going to "fall apart" when the open it to change the pin. I gave them the go ahead and they changed both my front wheel bearings, as both wheels had a pin that was stripped. (be careful of how brake shops tighten your wheels). Shortly after this, my one wheel was making a noise. I had it checked out by a private mechanic who confirmed to me it was the bearings (which Supa Quick worked on). I went back and first Supa Quick was trying to say that now my shock joint had problems?! Then I phoned the private mechanic to tell him this. He said: no, its the bearings and he told me to show them the video we made of how it is actually lose when you lift the car and inspect. So, then Supa Quick tried saying oh the hub stretched. Well, eventually I ended up phoning head office who didn't assist me by the way. Randburg changed the loose bearing in the end, after speaking to the private mechanic; and the result was that they did not use the correct part, as Chery confirmed to me after another checkup. The hub was not stretched (although even if it was, the private mechanic confirmed to me that then they have stretched it while working on it and still should take responsibility! )There was absolutely nothing wrong with either bearing before they removed it to change the pin. So, I asked both head office and the Randburg outlet for a written letter of guarantee that the other wheel they also changed bearings on will not give the same problems or that I could come back if it did. However, they did not assist me. They have a new story everytime something goes wrong and do not take responsibility for anything they worked on. Headoffice has been unhelpful. Be careful.
