Supa Quick Racial issue

Supa Quick Hartswater are ******, we bought a willard battery yesterday on the 27th of September 2023 and they write a date of 2022 instead of 2023. Now we asked why and we are told it is the date for it, so we asked what the guarantee to that is. The white manager did not want to change the date and she indicated that it is the correct data and the battery brand is willard . This is not the first time we experience such and hence I am stating it on Hello Peter, some towns are still treating black people the way the previous government was doing and they are using companies to act in such manner. So I'm asking Supa Quick to assist me on this regard, what must happen in this case were we bought a new battery and now it feels like we bought it last year and the warranty will not apply as time goes. The manager does not want to assist at all and she is giving us a racial attitude.
