SUPA QUICK - Pinetown

Please note I visited your branch and sat from 10:00am to 12:20pm due to *********** staff. I had already booked and paid for the service a day before. I walked in and spoke to an absolutely rude individual (Moosa) who didn't want to hear anything as I was apparently already allocated to a Noel. Then the wait began - my car was driven back and fourth as Moosa was putting his walk in customers in. There was no manager in sight. The place has absolutely no order. The manager strolls in at around 10:30 - 11:00 and goes out buy cooldrinks for his staff, but not once introduces himself and he can see I was waiting, then at 12:10 I see my tyres are changed by now in another line to have alignment - as Moosa prioritized his customers and Noel only had myself as a customer.

I was so upset sitting there I screamed and swore the most profound languages as I could see what was happening because I was a lady, no one wanted to help me. Then suddenly the manager jumps into action speaks to me but I was so emotional I walked away - He then tells me I am lying about my time I came in and will check his cameras. He then goes to Moosa whom actually spoke the truth and said I came in and was waiting and some story about the ramp not functioning - The manager never apologized for accusing me of lieing - but went and speeded up the process as he said 2.5 hours of waiting was ridiculous but again not telling me.

The guy Noel tried his best and tried to make a plan to fit my car as it was book the day before. Yet Moosa prioritised all his walk in.

I will never go to a SUPA SLOW again. I will also also ensure no other woman go through this - I will be adding these details to the hello peter website. Please look at the footage. What manager does not even see what is happening what the wait is.
