Supa Quick Ormonde Staff STOLE my tyre

<p>I visited Supa Quick Ormonde Branch on the 27th May 2017 to have two front tyres replaced. The rear tyres were still in and acceptable condition. After a week passed on I discovered that Supa quick had taken one of the front worn tyres and placed it to back. They had removed a perfectly good tyre and used my worn tyre to as a replacement for what good reason I'm yet to understand. I informed the Manager and he promised to address it however after 4 visits I completely ran out of patience. I returned to the store and was assisted by another manager who tried to sell me two additional tyres that would have cost another R2000 . I really felt that he was trying to **** me to buying two more tyres from what was their fault. I contacted a Lawyer who indicated that i received a report from Supa Quick. They refused to provide such a report. I took the quote as evidence. I was then asked to replace the two rear tyres with second hand tyres that had come off from another vehicle. I would have accepted this offer three weeks ago but based on their inability to take accountability I refused and requested they replace the rear tyre with a new one. They said the manager could only make such call. The Manager to add insult to injury was on leave. I contacted the police who had visited joined me on the 17 June to witness what appeared to be theft and *****. I took pictures of the tyres that they wanted to put onto my vehicle. I also drafted my own report. I suspect strongly that staff at the Supa Quick Ormonde are ******** customees out of their good tyres. I left the Branch at 1 after a complete waste of my day and as at present I am driving on a tyre that is worn. They have not apologised nor have they placed me in a position that was equal or better. Just disgusted that's all I can say. I will never ever use the services of Supa Quick again. </p>
