Supa quick only balance new tyres not ones on your vehicle disgusting

Today I popped into the Kya Sands branch to have wheel balancing and wheel alignment done on my bakkie, wheel alignment was done no problem but they refused to do wheel balancing claiming my tyres need to be replaced, even the poor girl behind the counter who had to convey the message to me had a look and couldn't understand why they needed replacing, but the fitters refused to do wheel balancing on 80% tread, disgusting because if that's how they operate woman and unknowing people are goinf to pay for tyres they don't need, well done supa quick kya sands ruining another once good company in South Africa
