Supa Quick Musina selling dead batteries

In March 2023 I bought a car battery, in August last year we started to push the car due to battery. In November 2023 I went back to them, they tested the battery and found out that the battery is dead. They refused to change it, we fought until they changed it. And last month we started pushing the car, and the car is from service nothing wrong with the car, we took the car to them and they tested the battery and they told me that the battery is dead. But they cannot replace it as it seems as is a manufactured problem, while we are waiting another customer came to launch a complaint about the battery which is giving him a problem.
