Supa Quick Midrand's Manager is Abrupt and Rude..............

I went to Supa Quick Midrand on the 26th April to change the shocks on my vehicle and i was assisted by a very helpful staffer. But as they were striping the old shocks they advised me to replace some controller because it was worn and i decided to rather get a quotation from you for the replacement. The service consultant that was assisting was not in the premises and the manager made a call and came back with a quote of R1600 for both parts and i asked for a better price but he just dropped the phone and left me there. I asked the guy that was busy on the car to take out the part and i will walk to Goldwagen to get the part and when i got there they had just spoken to the manager, so they gave me both parts for R450 and i came back to address this to the manager and he told me about you paying them in thirty days and he practically wanted to school me about your process. There is no exceuss for him to charge me that much even if he would have put in a 50% mark up. Those parts were part of shocks and for him to want to charge an extra amount. He then threatend the staff that i asked to give me the part to go check it at Goldwagen. I found his behaviour as a manager disgusting and unbecoming, his very proud and he hates his own people of colour. I cant sat that he is ****** because he is black and same with me but when i was sitted outside he just left me there but a couple that was white and indian also sat outside and he offered them chairs to sit down but he left me sitting on the rock. I will never recommend Supa Quick Midrand because of the service i received from the manager. He lacks customer service ethos and runs the place like his own ****a shop
