Supa Quick is Supa Swak!!

I purchased two new Tyres for my Company truck.The Purchase was made in Maitland 11 May 2015.<br> On Monday 1 June 2015,at 15h30- I was requested to visit a site I had worked at,on Saturday 31 May.<br> But to my disappointment one of the new tyres was badly deflated. It did not appear to be punctured. I removed the Wheel, and proceeded to fit the spare, which I had never used since purchasing the vehicle.<br> During the rest of the day I discovered that both tyres had faulty Valve Stems.<br> On Tuesday I took both tyres to Supa Quick,informed them of the issues and asked that they repair.No problem,only take 1 hour. <br> Contacted soon after & informed that Spare tyre required a Tube. No Stock available.!!<br> Other tyre had a new Valve stem & valve fitted but it was leaking--so I suggested a tube be fiitted. OK I was informed.<br> An Hour later I return to pick up my tyres.Neither had any further work done on them! <br> No further contact with me about this state!<br> I pack both tyres into Car,and drive to Maitland,to the Supplier of the tyres hoping to find a tube.<br> Both tyres are fitted with a different Valve Stem unit,and no tubes are required!<br> I return to Supa Quick to demonstrate that problem was solved.
