Supa Quick is my worst nightmare, after using them since 2010..

I took my car to Supa Quick Irene on 7th of January 2020 for changing the tie rod ends, rack ends and bushes as per their recommendation 2nd of January 2020 when I did my alignment. They did work on the car on the 7th but asked for more time, kept my car until the 8th. They called me on 8th to fetch the car as it was ready according to them, when I got there they told me that my shocks are finished, I said I will change them. I picked up that the front passenger wheel is not at straight at all, after they told me they did alignment after fitting the new parts. When told them about the wheel and they had to redo the alignment, that wheel was bad, completely out but they said it's ready for pickup.

They kept the car to fix the wheel because it was not like that when I brought it, on the 9th they told me the part somewhere around the shocks was bent but they will fix it. The kept the car for over a week and when I wanted my car back they still told me they bought the wrong part and had to return it, they were still looking for the right one.. Kept it for 2 weeks and still no car, yesterday they called me and said they fixed it but the shock is also bent and basically wanted me to fix it, I refused and told them they messed up my car, they must fix it.. My car was fine when I took it to these people. The guy said he will call me back, until now I am still waiting for his call.. It's now 2 andn a half week without my car, huge inconvenience in my family's life.. I want my car in the same condition it was when I took it there and I will take it somewhere else to inspected and checked just to make sure they repaired everything and didn't ***** my car parts after keeping it there for over 2 weeks..
