Supa Quick didn't fasten my front wheel and it come off on the freeway

I took my car to Supa Quick to get some suspension parts replaced.

Went a day later to collect the car and as I hit the freeway the wheel came off because they ddnt fasten it. The car was severely damaged and Supa Quick Durban North said they would take full responsibility.

So it's been constant fights with Supa Quick from when they said the car was ready last week to the state that it's in now.

The panel beaters did their part and the body is back to its state, the only issue now has got to do with how the car drives, Supa Quick said they replaced what they had to and I've constantly been finding faults and going to them asking they be rectified, (replacing necessary parts)

I even had to go to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Umhlanga to get the car checked out. They found a coupla faults from the accident and I had to pay for that from my own pocket. I recently found that the wheel that came off is bent causing the car to shaking at 100km/h. There could be other things because there is a sound of something hitting against something, I can't really say what it is.

I wrote to their Headoffice and there has been no response, I've been trying to call but I'm not getting through to the appointed person that deals with these kinda matters. The Supa Quick branch I went to, Durban North has stopped communicating with me. I'm still sitting here with a very uncomfortable car to drive
