Supa Quick CRESTA DISGUSTING service

Absolutely SHOCKED with the service at Supa Quick Cresta and need to expose what is going on in this establishment - We brought our Audi here on Monday to check out our tyres, they told us we need to replace three tyres, which we did. We went back there today after replacing the three tires, for balancing and to check a knocking sound in the car, they then proceeded to LIE and said that the knocking sound is wheel bearings (which is a COMPLETE LIE to ****** more money, it was actually the control bushings; being thrown from pillar to post; confirmed after getting 3 different opinions); now after this evaluation, waiting by the counter to pay, the supervisor/the person behind the pay desk asked me to backhandedly pay all the staff extra individually who checked the car out today (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???!!!! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL AND *********!!!!!! They are back handedly asking customers for money, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND?????!!!!!) I then asked to speak to the manager as I know this is not how Supa Quick is supposed to work, you're supposed to pay the company directly and from there staff must be payed, not your customers going to draw cash to give all the staff individually backhandedly!!!! The manager himself is USELESS and when I told him that his staff is backhandedly asking for money from customers, he told me to take my car and LEAVE????!!!!!!! Which suggests that he knows, is in on it and DOESN'T CARE!!!!! They think their customers know nothing about cars and try take as much advantage as they can, they don't want you to buy tyres from other places so they'll LIE so you can buy NEW tyres from them!!!! Let's not mention that we've been here months before for them to check a different issue on a different car, where a staff member Xolani contacted my husband in personal hours on whatsapp and phone call to ask for extra cash backhandedly asking "can I borrow R1000" , never thought anything of it so just left it and just ignored him, but now THIS???!!!! Not only are they extoring money from customers and lying to customers but also their attitude when it comes to speaking to customers and dealing with an issue is absolutely DISGUSTING and BLEW MY MIND in the worst possible way!!!!!!!! The manager is RUDE and VERY UNFRIENDLY!!!! I WARN people from coming here, do not give them ANY business they will take as much advantage of you as possible and ****** as much money out of you as they can! Will NEVER EVER give this establishment the opportunity to provide me with ANY service EVER AGAIN and it's a big loss for them considering I have many cars and have brought them so much business over the years!!! Is THIS how you treat your LOYAL customers???!!!! It's a bladdy disgrace it's sickening and I'm embarrassed for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No acknowledgement nor apologies for their unprofessionalism whatsoever, just turned a blind eye to and told to leave?????!!!!!!! I'm DISGUSTED to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!This establishment needs to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD AND BURNED TO THE GROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
