Supa Quick Claremont is a joke.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Supa Quick in Claremont? DO NOT ever go there. Let me explain my story to you. If you would rather much not want to feel personally attacked when approaching a store, I suggest you don't go there either. I went to the store at about 12.45 as I wanted to hand in a CV for my friend, who could not do it today due to certain circumstances, but that's not the point. When approaching the store, there was a bakkie pulling out of one of the bays, as normal I drove around the bakkie to get to a parking spot, one of the people who work there (not sure of his name, but has black hair, not a general worker), was standing talking to the owner of the bakkie, I had to sit and wait for these two to finish their conversation before finally getting into my parking spot, take note the conversation was long and I WAS acknowledged. Once they had finally finished their conversation i was then allowed to drive onwards, but little to my horrible day already, the worker who had been speaking to the driver of the bakkie refused to move out of the way for me to continue to drive, he stood in the middle of the way, which forced me to drive completely around him, while he watched me struggle, i then had to reverse as i would hit the pole if I didn't, which was completely unnecessary as he could have just moved out of the way for me to get into the parking bay as normal. This was where i started to feel uncomfortable, but i remained nice as i'm trying to assist my friend in getting a job. Getting out of my car i politely asked 'Why did you not just move', lighting his cigarette he chuckled and went to his friend. I then proceeded to ask where the manager was, I was then asked by who i thinks name was Dave, or Davie (not sure) 'What exactly for', he was very nice, read through the cv and led me to where I needed to be. That's when i got to the manager, he was on his phone and eating something but walked towards me. I proceeded to tell him what i was there for and before even finishing what I wanted to say he told me 'I think you should take this with you' and handed the cv back to me, confused I asked why. He told me 'We are looking for people who are customer oriented' BUT your staff isn't at all customer oriented i felt threatened and uncomfortable the entire time i was outside, if those are the kinds of people you're looking for then my friend is not suitable for this job. The entire time speaking to this so called manager, he was rude and obnoxious. He has the persona that 'i'm better than everyone here, and no one can tell me what to do because i'm the manager'. i left without saying a word, with the cv because sending my friend to a place like that would be complete hell, i would NOT want to work in an environment like that and i would NOT let my friend either, i know how unfair that would be. Also adding he told me that 'if your friend isn't fast enough, his not suitable enough', after telling me that i took a good look at the general workers who really do seem to be pushed at doing things, i understand it's part of their job but why are they being forced to do things quickly while their fat bosses sit on their asses all day. I now understand why the customers at Wheel & Tyre told me to 'be careful & strong' when visiting Supa Quick. Thank you Supa Quick Claremont for making my worst day even worse.
