I received a quote from you guys on the 11th of April for 4 new Firestone tyres on my car at R706.00 per tyre. The tyres were done and I got an invoice of R1060.00 per tyre and the excuse was that there was something wrong with the calculator and that the gentlemen who quoted me was not there.

After complaining ,I got the tyres for R954.00 per tyre. I could have gone to another tyre place who quoted me less than what I paid, and I feel this is totally unacceptable.

Please can a manager contact me asap as I still need the wheel alignment done on my car and I feel I am not willing to pay for the wheel alignment after what happened today. It is not my fault that I was quoted incorrectly , the amount is huge.
