We did an instant payment yesterday for a new wheel , he said we must go today at 8:30 of which we were .

There at 8:30 and he started getting rude with my mother , waving money in her face saying that “cash talks and we musnt do EFTs “ this was an instant payment .

Then states we need to wait until 10am for the big boss to check the account ? WE DID AN INSTANT PAYMENT THE DAY BEFORE ????

How rude , my mom was the only lady in the store and he told her to wait outside , spoke over her and terrible customer service .
