Supa Quick Ballito sold me tyres almost 4-5 years old

I purchased 2x Pirelli runflat tyres in February 2025, when I got home I realised that they fitted almost 4-5 year old tyres one tyre was dated 2122 and the other was 1621 I did bring this up with them and they assured me that it was normal. Today 27 September 2025 I decided to fit 2 new Pirelli tyres at HiQ and noticed they had fitted brand new tyres (10/25) for almost the same price I paid Supa Quick. Had I known that these were old junk tyres I wouldn’t have even bothered to purchase it.
