Supa Quick bad Service

Supa Quick Scottburgh changed my vehicle shocks, and in less than 2 years they are broken. Now they want me to pay a labor fee to change them, but they admit that they bought them from the factory without checking them. I tried to call their head office, but they are not helping me.
