Supa bad service

I called for a price on my outer cv boot, price received and headed towards supa quick observatory , arrived mechanical staff unfriendly, anyways went into Reception told Tania the car is on the lift , Technician confirmed it was the cv boot , I then opted to pay , she said i must wait till the work is done , i know the tactic its to increase the bill . I asked her should wheel alignment be done she said its up to me, i know after suspension work wheel alignment must be done , i told her okay i will have it done she said after the next car when the mechanic is done, i told her i have a wiki deals voucher ,story changed i had to make a booking because , a car will be there at 10h00 ,at 10h30 no car was on yet , she also said bookings is every hour does wheel alignment take one hour to do ? Then she said i must have the voucher printed, i couldn't email it to her , a week ago i went to tyres and more and the accepted my emailed voucher, So why offer wiki deal voucher if your attitude change. This is bad customer service and i hope management can address this and give me feedback asap ,as this service for such a large company is pathetic.
