I really can not believe that there are still businesses out there who will wait after closing time, on a Saturday, to assist a customer in desperate need.

I had a huge puncture on my Audi A3 and had issues getting my lock nut off. Crawling into Supa Quick at 11am on a Saturday, because I couldn't put the spare wheel on, as my only hope and last resort. Soon to discover they also had difficulty to remove my lock nut. I managed to get hold of Audi Assist and requested them to make an appearance with the master key set ASAP. Audi arrived 10 mins before closing time, which was clearly stated to be 1pm, with my car being the only car at Supa Quick. Brigs/Rigs (excuse the spelling) , an employee of Supa Quick, was very empathetic about the situation and told me they would wait for Audi to come out and they would help me get back on the road.

Long story short; I arrived at 11am with a irreparable and irremovable tyre, kept Supa Quick open and hour longer then their operating times, had unbelievably friendly service and on top of that still got a discount on the purchase of the new tyres.
