Shocks replaced without Mounting changes

Took my car to change Shocks at the Waterfall Superquick..only shocks were attended to and the shock mounting not changed. How could a professional shock dealership not cover everything even if it would cost more. Very disappointed on their service..car is still racking & not stable.
