Shocks not fitted correctly

Good day. On 18/04/2015 I bought 2 new tyres and rear shocks at Supa Quick that they also fitted. After a day or 2 I realised that there was a noise from the shocks that was not going away. I reported it to Supa Quick, they tried to fix it but it only got worse. They forgot to put back the rubbers that hold up the dust covers, now the dust covers are bouncing on the shocks as I drive. I went back and was promised that they will get the rubbers and replace it. After a while they just started to pull up their shoulders and telling me that they cannot find the rubbers. It is now 14/07/2015 and still nothing is fixed. I spoke to ****f every time, he has my contact number and knows me as Muis. Another problem I have with them is the way they work. They never have the tools they need to do the work so you end up waiting for your car much, much longer than they promised you to wait. Could you please assist me to sort out this problem?
