Shocking conduct

Earlier this afternoon I went with a colleague of mine to have a tyre seen to. While standing being helped by a very pleasant gentleman it was hard to ignore the loud and overbearing presence of a man who I can only assume is the manager/owner or someone in a position of authority and is blatantly abusing his power. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get his name, I can only identify him as being a tall dark haired and extremely loud person.<br> <br> He was constantly interrupting the gentleman who was assisting us and while he was on the phone with a client this loud stroppy man was addressing him extremely abruptly and treating him in an extremely demeaning manner. To do this to an employee is inexcusable and to do it in front of clients is even worse!<br> This gent clearly could do with polishing up and developing some people skills. I am absolutely horrified at the conduct and will certainly not be referring people to this branch! I will not be taking my own vehicle to them either as I would rather avoid that kind of environment!<br>
