Shocked by poor service

Hey what a poor service i receive at supa quick giyani yesterday. No one was willing to put back my tyre i had to do it my self on my polo . When i was doing other staff member with mercy assisted me to put it back. I felt humiliated in front of other customers who were assisted nicely and even know am still shock what did i do to receive such a poor service.
