Selby Trentyre Bad workmanship

SuperQuick Selby service advisers have no clue with the products they advise their customers to purchase and the level of their workmanship is up to minus zero...... When you launch a complain to the service adviser who assisted you the Indian guy that thinks black people are less informed budges in and act like he knows more than everyone on the floor yet talking bull ****. This guys sold me wrong tires for my H1 and never did a wheel alignment which resulted to the tires having flat spot. I visited the branch to complain and the the blame was shifted to my car having shocks problem... " how do a naked eye assess and conclude such findings..." the vehicle was placed on shocks tester and the shocks results was positive above 60%.... then they tried to shift the blame to the the manufacture whom took the tires and tested them and feedback was that the damage was caused by alignment which could be true because Trentyres / Superquick Selby fitted tires and didn't do wheel alignment on my H1, now the Super intelligent Indian guy says the supplier rejected the claim and there is nothing he can do.... but my question here is did I buy the tires from the their supplier, did the supplier fit the tires and not do the wheel alignment? This guy doesn't want to take responsibility for their pathetic workmanship and want to shift the knock to me. I am not going to allow such treatment as I did pay for the goods and service.....
