Running Special for the month with no stock

I have had the worst experience with Supa Quick, that I never want to encounter. I queried a promotion on the website for Tyre's advertised for R769.00, when I phoned the Salesman said that the special was not for there shop, even though that branches number comes up with the special. I then phoned head office and spoke with someone there that said would get back to me. He never did. I then phoned back the head office about 2 hours later only to be told that the manager was in a meeting, later as lady by the name of Luanda phoned me saying that the branch in question did not have stock of the promotion that is running in September, but would phone me back with an update as to a branch that had those specific tyres. She never phoned back. I then phoned the Wynberg branch again and asked if they had stock and they said no they didn't. Would only get stock on the 1st October 2017. How convenient when the promotion is no more. So to me it seems like SUPA QUICK run these promotions with no stock in there branches????
