Rugesh Reddy for Service Champion

I would like to Thank Mr Rugesh Reddy for his Absolutely Excellent service. The Branch manager of the store attended to me personally and made sure that everything worked the way it was supposed to and more. There was a bit of a wobble getting my Dunlop tyres after I had arrived and there were no Dunlops left in the store or at a few others after a few phone calls had been made. This is when Rugesh stepped in and made things work for me. He really went out of his way to deliver and set the example of how managers lead and make decisions to benefit the customer which in the long run will benefit the business by word of mouth and I know where I will go the next time I need tyres. Definitely to Supa Quick Cresta. Thank you for making my life so much easier. It is not every day you get service like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
